Chef’s Pili-Pili Tropical Guava Avocado Salsa (Vegan)

Ingredients
- 1 tsp coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp spring onions, finely diced
- 1 tsp mixed peppers (red, green, and yellow) finely diced
- 1 tsp red onions, finely diced
- 1 large ripe avocado, diced
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Tropical guava chilli sauce
- ½ tsp sea salt and ground white pepper for seasoning
- ½ tsp lemon juice
Method
Meanwhile, combine the avocado, spring onions, red onions, peppers, coriander, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, olive oil, Tropical guava sauce, and some seasoning in a bowl. Set aside until ready to serve.
