Chef's Pili-Pili Slow Cooked Minted Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 400 g beef steaks cubed
- 80 g onions diced
- 80 g carrots peeled and diced
- 80 g peas
- 3 tbsp British mint chilli sauce
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 750 ml lamb stock (gluten free)
- 150 g tomato paste
Method
Add all the ingredients apart from the tomato paste to the slow cooker.
cook for 5 1/2 hours on low or 3 1/2 hours on high.
Stir in 150 g of tomato paste at a time until you have the desired thickness. Put the lid back on and leave for another 20 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
