Chef's Pili-Pili Rumba Lemon Dressing (Hot)

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Rumba lemon chilli sauce (hot)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lime
- 1 tbsp clear, runny honey
- ½ tsp sea salt
Method
Measure the white wine vinegar into a jar. Add all of the ingredients together and mix well. Pour into a bottle with lid and shake vigorously. Pour mixture over salads or as required. This is also a very good dressing with fish, seafood, meat or leaves salads.
