Chef's Pili Pili Coleslaw

Ingredients
- half a cabbage, shredded (finely chopped)
- 2 carrots, shredded or julienned (grated)
- 1 Spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp real mayonnaise
- 1 tsp British Mint chilli sauce (medium)
- ½ tsp lime juice
- ½ tsp sea salt and ground white pepper to taste
Method
Mix everything together, using as much British mint medium as desired.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving (if you can wait that long).
